I found the answer to this question in the S60 section of this Forum. "Position Light" refers to the 2 front, 2 side, 4 rear and 2 number plate bulbs. In my case, one of the two taillight bulbs on the left side was out, and it's hard to see because the other one was still working. A new bulb was installed and the message went away.
