V70 2001 message "EL. POWER SYSTEM SERVICE REQUIRED"

Car runs for 2-3 minutes, then message above is displayed in the the message window. Another few minutes, ABS and airbag errors start to flash too and it seems like power is failing in car. Turned off radio, AC, FAN and wnything else that may be extra power draw.

Any ideas? Battery is new.
