Squeaking near steering wheel

Alright guys here's another question for ya.

When I drive my 2003 Volvo S60, and I go on a bumpy road in particular, near the steering wheel it starts squeaking, it is probably the most annoying sound I have ever heard.

I don't know what to do with it, or how to fix it, but it doesn't start squeaking when I turn the wheel like I have read other people having problems with, it's when I hit a bumpy road, it just starts squeaking so freakin' loud, it's horrible!

Anyways if you guys have any ideas please post em', thanks a ton!

Is there anyone else that has had this problem, or has any idea on what to do to fix it?

Been searching and searching online for any idea, and after looking for the past half hour I found this.

2003 Volvo S60 Suspension & Steering - Common Problems

* Sway bar end links wear out prematurely, causing a knocking noise from the front end when driving on bumpy roads
* The upper strut mounts break and cause a knocking/squeaking noise over bumps
* A rumbling noise from the front end at speeds over 35 mph can be from a failing wheel bearing
* Front control arm bushings wear out and can cause alignment issues and squeaking and knocking noises from the front end

I'm thinking it must be one of those, all I know is this stuff that's wrong sounds like it's gonna be expensive. Man...

Suggestions would be nice haha.

Another weird thing, is that some times when I rev the car it starts squeaking, I wanna get this fixed so bad, just hoping that it isn't as expensive as I'm thinking.
