Volvo 740 1992, B230F

I have a problem with my exhaust emission control. (Right words??)

CO= 8.4
CO2500= 8.9
HC= 120
Lambda= 0.74

Fuel codes #2 was 2-2-1 = "Heated Oxygen sensor (Rich mixture/part throttle)"

AND

ignition codes #6 was 2-2-4 = "Coolant temp sensor signal"

The exhaust pipe i working.

What should I do?
Where can I find the "Heated Oxygen sensor " and the "Coolant temp sensor signal"
