This car has a few very predictable common failures, and the issue you are describing is one of them. There is a fuel pressure regulator on your car that begins to fail and then does not provide enough fuel pressure, which is why you probably have a slow start, lack of fuel pressure. It is part number 8658092, plug that number into our page under search. I'm willing to bet that is the issue.
The fuel filter is still a good idea to change if you haven't in over 60k.
