Matthew,
I have a 1998 s70 that I recently purchased. Each time I start the car the service light comes on. Someone told me it was due to not being reset when the oil was changed. Is that true? If so is there something I can do to reset it?
Thanks!
Engine light on for a 98 s70

You can
a) get a tool from http://www.baumtools.com/english/index.cfm or www.ipdusa.com or http://www.obd-2.com/
b) have the dealer do it, usually for 1/2 hour labor charge (if so, have them set the max intervals to 12 months, 10000 miles, or whatever they are)
c) live with it (tape over it)
