V40 electrical problem

Hi ! Last night got pull over by a cop , he told me my licence plate bulbs are out , got lucky he just gave me a warning. next day replace bulbs and still not working after further investigation the bumpers rear and front side ligths are also out , also out are the tail light in the trunk door the corners are ok , I also check fuses and they look ok should I be looking for a failed relay, thanks for your help !!!
