V50 2004 Air Con blows cold on one side.

Hi, I'm new to this sute so might be posting in the wrong section, please bear with me.
My 2004 V50 has a problem with the Air Conditioning / Climate control.
When both sides are set to the same temp (any temp) one side blows a lot colder / hotter than the other.
I've been told that the motors need resetting as it's showing error code CCM29.
Please advise if its possible to do this reset without the aid of a Volvo garage visit.
