MAF Signal voltage

The car is a 1987,760 GLE,B280E,V6.The mass air flow sensor voltage is adjustable on this model,and it is NOT fitted with a 'cat'.The voltage from the signal wire is 0.775 v (775 ml/v).On rolling road it developes 176bhp,and allways passes the emission test,which is very low.What concerns me is;is it running too weak?,because other Volvos I have tested have all shown readings of approx, 0.9 v. I occasionally run HHO as a suppliment,and dial in 0.575 v.The engine never misses a beat,I just want to know if anyone has any experiences with voltage settings. :roll:
