V40 2000 stalled while driving and wont start

I have a 2000 v40 and as i was driving up the freeway at about 60mph the car just died. I towed it home and I have spark and fuel {to the fuel rail} the car wont fire. it seems to be turning over slow. I dont have a computer to read the codes. any ideas?
