1988 760 Turbo Intercooler Wagon (Estate) Exhaust

I am thinking of using the rear silencer and tail pipe from a 92-94 960 with rigid rear axle and B6304 on my 88 760 Turbo wagon. I noticed that this muffler uses a 64mm clamp and my 760 muffler uses a 58mm clamp. Will this muffler cause too much back pressure for my B230FT?

I was thinking of deleting the center muffler and having a pipe made to fit between the catalytic converter and the inlet of the rear muffler. The converter has already had 2.5 inch (63.5mm) inlet and outlet pipes welded on.
