We have a 2004 XC90, front wheel drive. The left front wheel bearing is make an awful racket. While driving it yesterday I noticed the noise much louder when making a right turn, as it puts more stress on the left bearing. I know this car has issues with the rear bearings. I have never replaced either the front or rear bearings. Is it difficult to replace the front bearing? I did look at the description on this site for the rear bearing and it seems pretty straight forward. The car has about 65000 miles. I'd like to do the repair myself.
Thanks in advance!
