'94 Turbo Fuel Pump Problem

How can you check to see if the fuel pump has gone bad? I'm trying to run down all options on my car before I take it to a dealer. Have tried replacing fuel filter, plugs, etc. Still won't turn over :cry: Any advise is welcome :D
