940 Turbo 1992 Worn bushing

Post by p0shr »

The left front arm rod bushing is shot and I am wondering about the seriousness of the problem. I drive less than 100 miles a week, very short trips to the market, etc. How much time do I have?

How long is a piece of string?

Seriously, any part of the steering/suspension that is "shot" is potentially dangerous, regardless of the miles you drive each week. It should be fixed immediately or the car taken out of use until it is.

As a worst case scenario you are risking lives, yours and others.
