I have a 2001 S80 2.9 and the 1/4 panel brake lights are not working. The upper brake light works. I have tried switching the relays per a post I read and now the dealer says it may be a rear electronic module.

Have you heard of this and if so is there an easy DIY fix? Can I just clear the ECM and make the lights work? If no to my first two questions how much should the REM cost?
