New to Me 1999 xc70 Very Rough Idle, Oil Leak

Just traded my reliable 98 na v70 for a 99 xc turbo that isn't doing so well. It idles very rough and the oil light is coming on. I have driven about 30 miles so far and can't get a cel to come on. The weather here is not allowing me to get too in depth with this car yet so if some of you could point to some things to look at I would greatly appreciate less time out in the cold. There is oil everywhere under the engine but seems to be more concentrated to the passenger side. The rough idle is really rough running, the turbo pulls fine and doesn't cut out. Just not hitting on all cylinders and it has new bosch platinums in it, I will be getting some coppers today but don't think that it will wake all the cylinders up. Please help.
