Hey there,
I have a 1998 Volvo S70 and it makes a noise when I am turning the steering wheel especially when it is cold out. Having it lube has worked intially but it comes back and I want it fixed for good. I was told by a mechanic that there is a steering coupling (sp) boot that is probably worn out and needs to be replaced. Has anyone else every heard of such?
Thanks,
Aaron

So the it does not need to be replaced; rather, just cleaned? Of course, I don't work on cars and can not do it myself.
Thanks,
Aaron
