1999 Xc 70 Coil #'s 2&3 not firing

Can anyone give me any insight as to why these coils are not firing. The ground and the constant work as they should but I have no way to check the trigger, are there any weak links anyone knows of? The coil on number 2 is a brand new bosch, I will switch out with a known good one tomorrow to see if it is bad but I doubt it for now. I have a brand new bosch MAF and the copper plugs are new as well. Is there something in particular that triggers those specific coils? Does the temp sensor, O2 sensor, or something else have anything to do with it? 1, 4, and 5 are working perfect.
