Problems moving the Driver Seat?

With the key in or out of the ignition I am hearing the relay or module under the seat click. It happens about 6 times every minute and randomly. I also have a bit of a problem when moving the power seat. It works but not smoothly. I hear the relay go on and off several times during the most basic adjustment, and during the adjustment...the seat will start moving then stop, then start again, etc. in very short increments. Eventually I get it to the position I want.....but its a bit of a PITA :? Anyone ever service the power seat module?
They've done studies you know. 60% of the time I work, every time!
