Headrests interchangable?

I have a `96 960 and find the headrest very uncomfortable for me. I have heard that this is a fairly common complaint from women in this model. I am wondering if the headrest from some other model and/or year would fit in the existing seat. ie - could I get an older headrest out of another Volvo and put it in mine?
