Replacing Battery Cables

Can anyone give me tips on this? Does the positive go to both the fuse box and starter? Do I need a special set or can I purchase them at a local autoparts store.

Hmm...that makes me wonder if my alternator is actually OK and I just need to change my battery cables. Mine puts out only 13.1V, and I've been thinking I need to get a new alternator...

Hah! Found the other one to the fusebox, FCP only has the one to the starter.

Wow. $200.00 for cables? They made of gold?

Swedish Auto has three positive cables.

One to the fusebox
One to the Starter
One to the alternator

Do all three cables need replaced, or should I be most concerned about the one to the fusebox?

Of course! They have to power the flux capacitor!

For the one to the starter, I'd say it's safe to bet an auto parts store one will work fine. The one to the fusebox looks like a strange design though.

Just wondering why people cannot use generic red and black battery cables at local autoparts store?
Just match up the length and replace it?
