Replacing Fuel Pressure Regulator 2004 V70 2.5T

I have a bad fuel pressure regulator and was wondering if someone could provide me with steps or a writeup on how to replace it. The car is a 2004 V70 2.5t. Where is the FPR located on this car, any special tools needed to replace it, any special steps required during the repair, etc? Any tips would be most helpful.
