clutch upgrade volvo S60 2002 T5

Any suggestions on a clutch for my daily driver. I've done light mods. IPD ECU tuning, "R" manifold, 3" downpipe TME exhaust, IPD HD TCV and IPD HD BCV. I've heard a 12 lb flywheel is best? are there any brands the you guys are running and like?
