No control signal from CEM to tailgate motor (S40/2005)

No control signal from CEM to tailgate motor (S40/2005)

Hi

My wife have a S40/2005. It's not possible to open tailgate from remote or by tailgate handle.
I have tested some components according attachment and they seems to be okay.
Any ideas, is it possible to get some information about the CEM by ODBC?
