So...I have done a lot of work on my car over the past two months or so. I have replaced the front struts, control arms, sway bar links, axles (I was dumb and broke the cv joints when changing the other parts). I also just replaced the lower motor torque mount and lower engine mount on the passenger side hoping it would fix the issue (also replaced the upper torque mount less than a year ago), but it didn't. I took my car in to Midas for an oil change and asked them to take a look. The tech said he thought it is transmission related and that I should take it to a transmission specialist asap. The car is manual transmission in case that makes a difference. Here are the issues:
-When going from reverse to forward or forward to reverse, I feel a clunk. It is not right away, though. I usually get at least a foot or two before it happens.
-When I am driving and let of the gas abruptly or press the gas from not touching it, the car jerks
-Sometimes when I start speeding up or change gears, I hear a very subtle click sound
He told me he thinks it may be an issue between the linkage where the transmission meets the axles. I am just wondering if the axles I used to replace my old ones (GSP from advance auto) are crappy or if it could possibly be something else. I really don't have the money to deal with transmission repairs and I am hoping is may be something else. Sorry for so much typing.

Is there a transmission mount? if it's bad/soft, then could be it.
BUT, i'm almost suspicious that there are two symptoms (after reading myriad symptom/problem threads for months now!), and that the subtle clicking upon accel and shifting gears might be throttle related or the dreaded ETM problem, assuming it doesn't yet have the Xemodex unit.
I assume you've read codes? That should tell us if a relay or whatnot needs changing.

Check engine light isn't currently on, so I don't think it is related to that. It seems more to be something physically moving. The lower torque mount that I replaced, from my understanding, is the only transmission mount.
