2004 XC90 gear shifter, cruise control and other issues

Hello. I bought a used 2004 Volvo XC90 T5, auto transmission a year ago. I am now having having the following problems:
1. Anti-skid service required message - what does this mean?
2. Cruise control will not engage
3. Gear shifter gets stuck in Park and will not shift to another gear. If I wait for about a minute or longer it will eventually shift out of Park. This started a few months ago and was occasional, not it is EVERY time.
4. Stereo system - radio volume randomly adjusts from really loud to barely audible and back to loud.

The closest Volvo dealer is 200 miles away... Any information is helpful! Thanks.
