95 940 removal of panel to the right of the gas pedal

How do you remove the large plastic panel that runs from above the floorboard to about the heighth of the radio on the driver's side next to the gas pedal? I need to access some A/C controls behind it but apparently I can't find all the fasteners cause it won't budge. Pictures would be a real plus. Thanks Clay
