Noise from back tire

When driving my s4o t5 awd. I hear a baning noise when driving. sounds like its coming from the rear wheel. What would cause this? drives fine on highway. when driving locally where the roads are not so smooth the noise starts. The breaks squeak when stepping on them sometimes
