2006 s40 ac

My 2006 s40 ac runs great most of the time, but starts blowing warm air after about and hour driving then it starts blowing cold air again. I checked the low side and at 2000 rpms its about 38 . Can't tell you what the high side is , I can't find the high side..... ? Any ideas
