1999 Non Turbo S80 Module diagrams
I have a 1999 S80 Non Turbo with too many problems. Any way the most recent is that I'm getting a P1631 and P1633 code. Does anyone know what these mean? My ABS light is also showing. Could there be something wrong with my ABS module? How do I check it? Does anyone have module diagrams available? Please help! Thanks.

Welcome, eldistorres1981.
850/S70/V70 family ABS modules notoriously suffer from circuit board cracks and fail. Mine did. This might be the cause of your S80's symptoms. Search the forum for ABS module rebuilders. We've got 3 or so of them active here on the forum.

consult the code database. Bookmark it while you're at it. https://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/volvo- ... ble-codes/
Being p1633 is a speed signal sensor code, that does point to your module.
p1631 is control module communication. I'm not hip on s80's, but have heard that if the ABS module goes out it will throw this code.
Usually every transaction is hassle free. I spend a lot of time answering questions and helping people out, way more time than actually fixing them.
I've only sold 4 modules to S80 owners. Each time turned into a fairly major ordeal. Why? Because they decided it was a good idea to integrate everything together. You then throw a functioning module back on the car and you're still getting various lights. Its come to a point where I actually tell them when they purchase the module that I guarantee the module to be functioning perfectly, but make no guarantee that it will make any lights go away. Just the s80.
I also sell on ebay. I had a person ask me if the module would work on their s80. They kept asking question after question and I knew it was going to be a nightmare on my end if they bought it. So, I pulled the listing to avoid the headache. I'm not one to pass up money, but that money was well worth passing on to somebody else.
