replacement struts for 2000 V70 GLT Good performance / soft

Post by l8_apex_it »

I was hoping to get feedback from others. I have a 2000 V70 GLT wagon which needs new struts. This is my wife's car. I have purchased new sway bars from IPD and am planning on installing that along with the new struts. I am looking for new struts which will improve the handling / cornering and give an overall stiffer ride while not being harsh. Since this is my wifes car I don't want her upset because it is to stiff. What would you recommend. I'm looking at the bilsteins HD, Bilsteins sports, Bilstein touring class, Koni sport,...

As it is now the car pushes quite a bit in the corners and has quite a bit of body roll. I'm sure the larger sway bar will help some. I'm probably spoiled with my civic with eibach springs, stiff shocks, sway bars, and other suspension goodies.

Thanks
