Hello all,

New to the forum. Getting my first volvo. 1998 v70 awd. Needs lots of work and I'm willing to put lots of sweat in to getting it running great. What I need to know is what you all recomend for repair manuals. or is there an option online.

I would recommend the euro haynes manual at least, if you don't have anything. You will probably have to get it off ebay. Others might have better suggestions. Thanks

The haynes # for the book is 3573.

Any major auto center should carry manuals, among them the Haynes.

An 850 manual will get you most of the way there and you can get one special ordered from Advance in a day - it is number 97050.

We also have the factory 850 service manual hosted here for free. It will be 75 to 80% correct for your car.
