climate control panel and cabin fan on v70xc issues

I had the cabin fan stop working on my 2001 V70XC about seven days ago. The climate control in-dash still would control temp., vents, heated seats, etc. Then two days ago the climate control in dash stopped working none of the things I listed above stopped working. also the in-dash climate control panel display has no lights [dead]. Does this sound familiar to anyone, and can you help if so?
