01 XC car runs fine stalls when brake applied voltage drop

01 XC car runs fine stalls when brake applied voltage drop

I have an 01 XC, car ran fine has been sitting about a month. Car now starts fine but when brake applied runs different and stalls Large voltage drop to 11.8 about a minute or 2 later voltage climbs back to 12.4-6. I have used 2 good batteries, changed the alternator and still get codes p1633/ P0600.
    Any ideas????

    Change your battery cables
    ALL of them
