2001 C70 windshield washer

My windshield washer is barely spraying. If I open/close the reservoir it will spray correctly once or twice then acts like it loses pressure. Is there a hose that may be disconnected? Or some other problem?

It seems to create a vacuum - could it be associated with the air vent valve? I just had some front end body work done - could they have missed hooking something back up?

Most of those reservoirs vent through the cap. Is the cap new? You may consider using a push pin to make your own vent in the cap.
