V40 signal cancel, high beam, and screen washer out

My 2000 V40 has been exhibiting some odd behavior. A few weeks ago the wind screen washer stopped working. I assumed a bad pump, but when I checked there was no power at the pump plug. Checked all fuses under the hood, and all are good. Are there others somewhere? Then last night the self-cancelling of the turn signals stopped working and the high beam does not click and stay on. Both signals and high beams work when operated by hand. And more strangely, for the first time since the washer went out the dash trouble light for the washer is on..............Gremlins I guess! It seems to be mechanical, but would the signal/beam/washer stalk cause all three problems?
