I just got the old MAP out of my car and installed the new one (174000mls on my S60 to date and this is the first MAP replacement BTW) I noticed a 50 RPM jump in idle. Was idling at 700 rpm now 750 rpm. Im thinking this is a good thing.
I did not get any CELs, have not gotten any CEL since Ive owned the car but based on what Ive read on this forum and the mileage on my car/and some performance issues I decided that it was one of the cheapest fixes to do (also replaced most vacuum lines this spring).
Out with the old MAP in with the new one - S60
