Replacing front rotors
Does anyone know where I can get directions on replacing the rotors on my S60? Thank you!

Its actually pretty simple.
1) Jack up car and remove wheel.
2) Remove caliper and bracket by removing the bolts (14mm ?) holding the bracket to the hub carrier.
3) Remove wheel locating pin (10mm) which secures the rotor to the hub
4) Remove rotor (if you are lucky it will nearly fall off when the pin is removed, if not you may need to use a bit of force with a suitable mallet).
5) Installation is the reverse. I would suggest using a bit of copper-based antiseize where the rotor contacts the hub to make any subsequent changes a lot easier.
This is one of the easier things to do on this car so have fun.
Cheers,
Bill

Only one thing I would add about replacing them from billr99's excellent write-up is that if the new rotor is thicker than the old one (and it should be if you are replacing it, otherwise a machining would have done the job) you will have to push the piston(s) back into the caliper to allow the new rotor to fit into the (now smaller) gap between the pads.
