Blowing fuse

I have a 1989 240DL sedan and lately the 8A fuse that is used for the relay (A/C, windows) has been blowing. It blew about four months ago, then about a month ago, and now just yesterday. Does the relay need replacing or is there a short somewhere else? Anyone experience something similar??

Good chance you have a short. The most common area would be where the wiring harness for the electric windows/locks pass through the "A" pillar to the door. Each time the door is opened these wires flex and broken wires are common
