FWD vs. AWD on a 2.5T
I need to know if the FWD are more reliable than the AWD 2.5Ts? If the AWD system breaks does it affects the tranny causing it to fail early? I'm planning on purchasing a 2.5T but I'm more leaning on buying a FWD but so far most of the xc90s on sale are AWD 2.5Ts. Need advice..thanks!

2.5T xc90 is one that gets little repairs. The transmission does not seem to suffer from the added AWD system but AWD does add more stuff to break. IF AWD is not needed then enjoy the higher MPG and faster acceleration of the FWD model. Lower cost to purchase is a good side effect too.
FWD wanted........I wish there were more available online. Even Ebay got so few of them.I guess those who owns it doesn't want to sell it..ha!!
