Please help to identify power door lock mechanism

The power lock mechanism on my '94 850 turbo is making an intermittent clicking noise - it seems to be trying to lock the doors. Locking the doors manually stops the noise. Response to the remote lock\alarm control is also very finnicky - sometimes works, sometimes not. I'm assuming they are realted symptoms. It has been suggested that there is a short due to corrosion in the lock mechanism.

My question: if I am looking for a replacement from a used parts dealer, what is it that I should be asking for?
