should i purchase a new s 40

i am currently looking into a new car and i am seriously considering the new volvo s 40. any regrets out there? what is the general feeling? is the premium package (leather seats, etc.) worth it?

I have had a V40 2.0T for about 4 years and I love it, even though it's causing problems (at 140,000 miles).

The extras are nice (climate control, heated seats and computer are the ones I like) but cost a lot on a new vehicle for what they are. I got mine second hand with 10,000 on the clock at about 50% of the new price including extras.
