bulb replacement behind fan switches

does anybody know how you replace the bulbs behind the heater controls please

You have to take the whole thing apart. It's not complicated and - AFAIR - doesn't require special tools, but it's time-consuming and tedious.

Start by removing the radio, then all the pieces of plastic molding around the shifter handle and up the dash. Eventually, you'll be able to extract the heater control panel. The bulbs go into it from the back. They are about $20 USD from the dealer (dealer-only part).
