Yet Another Problem

After having steering problems, I had to bring my Volvo to the dealer. They replaced the steering rack. When I started having problems with the steering, the car made a wierd and sometimes loud buzzing sound when I went over 50 mph. I thougth that this was fixed when the rack was replaced. However, I am still having this problem. Does anyone know what it could be? The best way I could describe the buzzing is like going under a tunnel with the AM radio on. Thanks.

Check the trim at the upper edge of the windshield. Others have mentioned a similar sounds

The black strip that is located at the top of the windshield tucks under the roof trim that makes the side trim for the windshield. If you can't ell if it is loose try running tape sticking it to the windshield and roof. Take it for a ride and if the sound is gone you where the problem is. I'm not sure as to refastening the strip.

Thanks for all of the help. About six inches of it was loose. I have yet to fix it and see it is causing the buzzing, but I'll see. Thanks.
