Trans failure causing False ABS failure and P1633 code (not

Problemless 1999 s80 volvo suddenly stumbled-put up Trans Failure dash message, went into protection mode(starts off in 2nd gear) then caused ripple effect with ABS Failure stop ASAP, Traction control error,frozen odometer, no trip odometer. I dropped trans pan and fluid to find a few small chunks of steel in pan on magnet. Replaced filter and trans fluid. Car runs perfect as usual. Got trans rebuilt to be safe @ AAMCO. Picked up car to find Trans Failure message replaced by permanant ABS FAILURE message, P1633 code (volvo has no such code, if it was GM it would be Low voltage ignition problem), cruise light goes on but does not work, Traction control not working, and most idiot lights are allways on (ABS-STC-Check engine-etc.).I swapped my ABS unit with exact same unit from my daughters working=noerrored 1999 s80 with no change. Unlike most post i've read, my car runs very well with no starting, running, or stalling. I recently lost my job so i am in serious need of non $$$ Dealer type of help.
