Any tutorial guide Flame Trap? S60

I'm researching replacing the flame trap for a 2005 S60 2.5T. IPDUSA has a kit, but I can't find a tutorial. Any advice/suggestions are welcomed.

Hey, I have seen a tutorial on this site.. the intake manifold must be removed, that much I know..BEST!
.2003, V-70,. 2.4T, 101,100K..
.1985, 245T,.sold at 280K....
.1974, 145, sold at 250K....
