2006 V70 repeated lightbulb burnout on 1 side

Lights fine until a month or so ago. Then driver's side light bulb burned out. Replaced with Sylvania bulb from local auto parts store. This light lasted a week or so. Next bulb replaced at oil change by a shop. This lasted about the same amount of time. Replaced a third time, being careful not to touch glass of bulb, ensure clips secure, and bulb twisted into reflector securely. This time bulb only lasted 1 day. What now?

look at the connector that plugs onto the bulb. Yhose connectors have a history of burning their terminals. Volvo has a repair plug kit.

Tasca Volvo seems to be the best price for a Volvo dealer that does web and shipping.
I have seen headlight repair connectors in parts stores but a year ago when I fixed one of these I could not find one for the bulb used in the 2005 to 2010 S60/ 2005 to 2007 V70. You could take a bulb and see if they have the end connector for it before you order one and wait.
