S60 Alarm

Hi all,here's my problem,parked car at work and was told alarm was going off went to reset but when i pressed lock on key fob after flashing lights alarm sounded again tried same a few times with same result so had to lock car with key,any ideas....

Sounds like the battery in your alarm module has died or leaked and caused damage within the module, which is fairly common. There is a tutorial on here somewhere about replacement, it is located up in the passenger side front fender well (on U.S. cars anyway).
