I recently replaced the driver's side mirror on my 2004 XC70. For the most part, the repair went fine, except for the fact that the Check Engine light came on. The code came back as P0072 - Ambient Air Temp Sensor Circuit Low Input. Today, I received a new sensor to replace the old one.
Does anyone know how to remove the old one? Looking at the sensor, it isn't immediately obvious to me how to remove it from the mirror housing. Any thoughts would be much appreciated. The housing is brand new, and I don't want to tear it up.
Thanks in advance for your help.
