How to remove ETM and clean it

Hi, I have a VOLVO v70 2.5T 1999 and I want to clean the ETM by myself, but I dont know how to remove it. I think I should remove the manifold but I want to be sure how to do it.
Someone here says that there is a PDF exctracted from VADIS, but I cant find it.
Can somebody help me on this?
